Can a 9 year old girl practice ballet, without even taking lesson when she was a kid? Can a 9 year old take a ballet lesson, but she didn't even take a lesson when she was around 3 year old? (They say not, because older children cannot stretch their leg if they're not yet used to it when they was young..) Mail this post |

Hey, what can i expect for a first ballet lesson? Most likely your instructor will cover some of the basic foot and arm positions, plus some basic movements.
